Fire and Rescue

Family and Friends Reception Centre

Secure area set aside for use and interview of friends and relatives arriving at the scene, (or location associated with an incident, such as an airport or port).

FCO

Foreign and Commonwealth Office

Forward Control Point/Post

Each service's command and control facility nearest the scene of the incident - responsible for immediate direction, deployment and security. All the Forward Control vehicles at the scene should be parked here.

FSA

Food Standards Agency or Financial Services Authority, depending on the context
